Chicken Balti Pie – A Taste of Spiced Perfection

Storage Instructions

  • Refrigerate for up to 2 days.
  • For longer storage, freeze immediately.

Cooking Instructions

  • From Frozen: Bake for 30-35 mins at 200°C (Fan 190°C / Gas Mark 5)
  • From Fresh: Bake for 20-30 mins at 200°C (Fan 190°C / Gas Mark 5)
  • Microwave Option: Heat thoroughly, but finish in the oven for crispy pastry.
  • Air Fryer: Adjust time/temp as per your air fryer manual.

Ingredients

Pastry: Wheat Flour (contains Calcium Carbonate, Iron, Nicotinamide, Thiamin), Palm Oil, Rapeseed Oil, Raising Agents (Monocalcium Phosphate, Sodium Bicarbonate), Dextrose.

Filling: Chicken Breast, Red Pepper, Water, Tomato (11%), Onion (8%), Tomato Paste (7%), Ground Spices (4.5%) [Garam Masala (Coriander, Cumin, Cinnamon, Ginger, Cloves, Black Pepper, Dill), Coriander, Cumin, Chilli, Turmeric, Black Pepper, Cardamom, Fenugreek], Garlic Purée, Ginger Purée, Salt.

Proper pies!

All six were scrumptious but the meat and potato was my favourite. Great value compared with supermarket pies and filled to the brim with filling 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼

Lovely quality pies!

I have ordered a selection of these handmade pies and they were very tasty with quality fillings! My only criticism would be that the Chicken Balti ones need a little more sauce in them.
