Chicken Balti Pie – A Taste of Spiced Perfection

Experience the rich and aromatic flavours of our Chicken Balti Pie. Succulent chicken breast, red peppers, and onions are infused with fragrant spices, wrapped in a crisp golden pastry. This warming pie delivers a delicious taste of Balti cuisine – the perfect blend of spice and comfort in every bite.

Storage Instructions

  • Refrigerate for up to 2 days.
  • For longer storage, freeze immediately.

Cooking Instructions

  • From Frozen: Bake for 30-35 mins at 200°C (Fan 190°C / Gas Mark 5)
  • From Fresh: Bake for 20-30 mins at 200°C (Fan 190°C / Gas Mark 5)
  • Microwave Option: Heat thoroughly, but finish in the oven for crispy pastry.
  • Air Fryer: Adjust time/temp as per your air fryer manual.

Pastry: Wheat Flour (contains Calcium Carbonate, Iron, Nicotinamide, Thiamin), Palm Oil, Rapeseed Oil, Raising Agents (Monocalcium Phosphate, Sodium Bicarbonate), Dextrose.

Filling: Chicken Breast, Red Pepper, Water, Tomato (11%), Onion (8%), Tomato Paste (7%), Ground Spices (4.5%) [Garam Masala (Coriander, Cumin, Cinnamon, Ginger, Cloves, Black Pepper, Dill), Coriander, Cumin, Chilli, Turmeric, Black Pepper, Cardamom, Fenugreek], Garlic Purée, Ginger Purée, Salt.

Lovely quality pies!

I have ordered a selection of these handmade pies and they were very tasty with quality fillings! My only criticism would be that the Chicken Balti ones need a little more sauce in them.
